Our return and refund policy. Refunds are processed in line with our payment provider (EPS) and bank timelines.

Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within the period stated at the time of purchase (e.g. 30 days from delivery) for eligible items. Items must be unused, in original packaging where applicable, and in resalable condition unless otherwise stated. Some items (e.g. perishables, personalized goods) may be non-returnable.

How to Return

Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization. Send the item back in accordance with our instructions. Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds & EPS

Refunds for payments made through EPS (Easy Payment System) will be credited to the same payment method or account used for the original transaction, subject to EPS and bank processing times. We do not control the exact timing of credit to your account. If you do not receive the refund within the expected period, contact us and we will assist; you may also need to contact your bank or EPS as applicable.

Failed or Disputed Payments

If your payment failed at the EPS stage, no charge will have been made and no refund is required. For any dispute or duplicate charge related to EPS transactions, please contact us with your order number and transaction details; we will work with EPS and you to resolve the matter in accordance with applicable rules.
